10:30 - 11:30am: Yoga with Audrey
A 45-mn vinyasa yoga session followed by meditation. One hour to connect with our bodies and voices, to take the time to BE, to release & let go. One hour to be in our power, with softness and self-love.
About the teacher
Audrey has practiced yoga, gymnastics, calisthenics and a wide array of body centering practices for the past ten years. She has been studying yoga in India under renowned teachers, following the yoga schools of Gitananda, Tantra with a strong focus on Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga. She offers sessions adapted to all, from beginner to advanced students, through variations, clear cues and hands-on adjustments. Passionate about the spiritual path of yoga, her classes are infused with the sacred knowledge of yoga philosophy.
About the land
Amazones Eco Land is nested between the authentic villages of Mesotopos and Tavari, a 20-mn drive from Eressos. It offers 7 acres of breathtaking sea views, native fruit and olive trees, an organic garden and much more.
