ABOUT AMAZONES ECO LAND Amazones is a groundbreaking holistic haven for women around the world to get together, explore, learn, share, relax, train, play and love. The project is hosted on 7 acres of wild land covered in olive and fruit trees, native plants with views of Tavari, one of the most breathtaking authentic villages on Lesvos island, Greece.

THE PROGRAMME

During this retreat, you will: 

- Enjoy daily yoga & meditation classes on our beautiful deck, overlooking the Aegean sea. 

- Follow theory classes, led by Chrisi, learning about: permaculture fundamentals, pattern awareness, permaculture design, garden bed preparation, growing plants, techniques for soil fertility, inner gardening & the healing effects of nature, water management and forest systems. 

- Apply all this new knowledge live, and practice with us by creating Amazones Eco Land's first organic garden. 

- Enjoy a stay on our stunning land, connecting with the local community and making the most of Lesvis' island hidden treasures. From hikes to the nearby beach to greek coffees in the local taverna... and many more surprises. 

ABOUT THE TEACHERS 

Chrisi is a permaculture teacher who has been living in regenerative communities all over the world. She has designed, created and sustained organic gardens, syntropic systems and permaculture projects in Austria Portugal and India. Her motto? Connect with your authentic, wild nature to find truth.

Audrey is a yoga teacher, specialising in Hatha yoga. She has been practicing a wide variety of outdoors sports for the past 15 years and thrives to pass on the complex beauty of our bodies, and their potential for healing. Her motto? The universe is inside of you & sacredness one breath away. Take it in.
